The EHA continues to monitor and respond to the COVID-19 Virus outbreak.  The well-being of our residents and staff remains a top priority. With that in mind, we have implemented social distancing measures to help slow any potential for spreading of the virus.  Please be aware of the following important information. 

  • The EHA Offices will remain closed to the public until further notice with reduced staffing.
  • You may use the drop box at 1 Pearson Way or US Mail for rent payments and any other paperwork.  Our fax line also remains open at 860-741-8439.  Please indicate if you would like copies mailed back to you.
  • For after-hour maintenance emergencies, call 860-749-2017 or 860-982-2141. Routine calls for service will be screened or deferred until further notice. 
  • The EHA will continue to process requests for interim rent reviews due to changes in income greater than 10%.  Information is available on our website: Requests and documentation may be dropped off or faxed as indicated above.  Please contact your housing coordinator should you have any questions about the process.     

As you are aware, this is a rapidly changing situation into uncharted territory.  I hope that you and your families stay well and safe.  You are strongly encouraged to follow Governor Lamont’s “Stay Safe, Stay Home” directive.
