Moderate Rental Housing Program

The Enfield Housing Authority's 174 Moderate Rental Housing Program units are located on Green Valley Drive, Laurel Park, Nutmeg Avenue and Pearl Street.  These duplex style units offer a yard, washer/dryer hook ups and off street parking.  Residents are responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electricity).  Residents are also responsible for supplying all appliances, including stove and refrigerator.

Rents are based on income.  Residents pay base rent OR 30% of their adjusted gross income, whichever is higher.  Effective January 1, 2023, base rents for the Moderate Rental Housing Program are:

2 BR- $442
3 BR- $480
4 BR- $513

The income limits are set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  These amounts listed are gross annual income limits.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pay the rent requirements as determined by the Enfield Housing Authority.

3 Person Household- $80,500
4 Person Household- $89,400
5 Person Household- $96,600
6 Person Household- $103,750
